Ten Degrees of Randomness

My dearest dude Rohit tagged me. I am supposed to list six random things about myself, and they all have to be unimportant. But, I am going to take this a little step forward, and list ten things instead:
1. I hate taking baths on Sundays. (Only in winters though!)
2. I need to be part of a world where clothes can wash themselves.Every single time.
3. Reading horror calms me down.
4. I am acquiring a serious taste for red wines and German sausages.
5. Teaching gives me a kind of high that no other job has given so far.
6. One of my professors has hunted rattlesnakes for their meat in the past. He has
promised me his specialty--sauteed rattlesnake--before I return to India.
7. There is no one in the world who loves the Mughals as much as I do.
8. I usually get either very irritated or very bored at weddings.
9. I still have the very first story I ever wrote. I was five years old then.
10. My roommate and I have a common journal in which we write every night.

I tag...everyone. When you leave a comment, make sure you mention at least 3 random details about yourself. Please.

Okay now serious... three random things about Skeety:
1.Skeety talks less, writes more.
2.Skeety is people shy. Very.
3.Skeety can mess up with food (which she might be requested to cook) of people she doesn't like. :D ;D ;) :P

The last point seems to be the most interesting. Waise rattlesnakes are interesting too. :O

I've done the tag too, so not leaving my points here.

Really liked the idea of that common journal.
Teaching, eh? I'm sure you're great at it. :)
How are German sausages different from regular ones?
Sauteed rattlesnake? Uhh... And I'm surprised snake hunting is legal there. If not, your professor could be in serious trouble.

Rattlesnakes? Not interested....

You know what, even I get very bored at weddings, except for the time when I eat at a wedding.:-)

Was ur first story about a princess? (Mammam was telling me something of that sort only two days back).

I'll post the details on my blog.

Yeah, do share your story, would love to read it. My first one was such a plagiarized thing.
I've done the tag, but I'll mention three things with reference to your post.
1. I hate taking a bath every single day in winter, so it's usually the alternate-day ritual for me.
2. I also get SO bored at weddings, whether it's a relative's (in which case the hordes of relatives I'm supposed to know by name, but don't, bother me too much) or some random acquaintance's (in which case I have absolutely nothing to do but wait for a decent while before hitting the food).
3. The common journal thing sounds very interesting and something I'd want to do if I have the chance some time. I've given up trying to maintain a regular diary.

Never saw this blog of your's till just a while ago. Should have done this earlier maybe.

But then how do I explain the joy that I have had from knowing you from the time you were petrified of me. Of the phut-phut from my old yezdi motorbike which would make you hide.

Of how you would be scared into drinking up your milk (did you hate it then as a child?) just from hearing my voice over the radio in your dad's ham shack.

Great stuff Tinni!

3 random things about me

@ Reeta
YF! :)
My favorite Skeety habit is that she writes about herself in third person.

@ RT
Nah! And anyway, it's in Delhi. Next time.

@ RB
:)

@ Jayant
Hunting laws differ from one state to another. But the best part is not the laws, but that people follow them.
German sausages are spicier than regular ones.

@ D
Actually my roommate IS quite the excel champ. :)

@ Butterfly
Yes, it was about a princess. Predictably enough. And Pishi did indeed have to listen to it patiently.

@ Amiya
My story is in Delhi. So can't share. But do share yours. I am interested.

@ Komal
700 pens???!!!
OMG. Good luck, may your collection grow.

@ Twisted Gourmet
Jimmy Page, huh? Can I see a rendition soon?
And STAY AWAY from the journal.

@ Apu Kaku
Thank you for visiting. Needless to say, your comment means a lot. Thank you also for publicizing my days of glory when I hated drinking milk and feared even your motorbike.
Do keep visiting. :)

@ Suvena
Oh it was. It was predictable with a capital P. Involved of all the things...a king and princess. Yew!
Do you really need approval for everything you do? I don't think so. Remember a certain gentleman whose name starts with U?

@ Solitaire
Hey! Thanks for stopping by. Checked your fun tag too. I loved reading about your penchant for your own cooking. :)
Keep visiting.
